Car was dirty, dented, and not a full size. Staff was unprofessional and unhelpful.
Cons:More specific instructions on how to get to the facility. The rental facility was literally across from the arrival location but I was waiting for quite a while for a shuttle bus. I stopped one of the other companies buses and he told me I could walk to it faster than waiting for the bus.
Took an hour to get through the line to pickup car. Once we got it, it was not clean. Check engine light was on, no window washer fluid.. overall very poor.
The gentleman manning the gate at the Avis location at the Philiadelpia airport after hours was extremely helpful! He made the experience very positive.
Very poor. I had the car for 2 days and was charged for 3 days. I did speak to avis and they said that they will charge for the days I had the car but despite that I was charged
