We had reserved a Jeep and had to settle for a Mustang. We had others that we wanted to bring to the beach but there is absolutely NO ROOM in the back seats. My knees would have been in my chest if I were to move the seat up enough. This is why we wanted a Jeep. The other issue here is that we had to wait in line for over 1 hour to get a vehicle that we had reserved and never got. On top of that, we signed up for your highly promoted "skip the Line" and found out that it was not working. Totally unacceptable.!!!!

They told me that I should call and cancel because they didn't have my car.

They don't inform you ahead nor on morning that if you use a debit card they hold back $500.00 deposit

ended up not being able to claim this booking because it was for international driver even though it never told me that, had to go to another company and book last minute
