The overall experience was great! The only complaint is how long we had to stand in line to get the car. It could have been much more streamlined. Adding another person would've helped.

This particular look cation is great. The only issue I have is with kayak.com. It was $6 cheaper to rent directly from budget and the car was bigger. Kayak doesn’t classify the cars the same way budget does. For the price I paid with kayak for a keep compass, I would have been in the next larger class if I had rented directly from the budget location. I will not use kayak again. I will always use budget from now on.
They didn't have my vehicle ready at my scheduled pick-up time and I was told I may not receive the type of vehicle I had booked months in advance. They did end up getting it but it was over an hour past when I needed it.

All was great....car was upgrade which I liked an d everything was smooth. I am apparently being charged for a toll which I have never seen before and I was not in any new areas....anyway all was good.
The car turned out to be fine, but the pick up was less than stellar. The staff is less interested in helping you and more interested in rushing through the paperwork to get you out of their hair. I was the only one there. It wouldn’t have taken any effort to answer my questions. Instead, I got sullen “I don’t know”s and a “That’s all me have”. There was a real feel of “take it if leave it.”
OKC location is managed separately from national Thrifty chain so Thrifty 1-800 number can’t help with the reservation. Although open late I wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone to help.

I wanted to change my pickup time to 3 hours earlier the same day. I was told it would increase my rental fee by $120. I immediately canceled my reservation and went to National!
Great rate! Good customer service w/ efficient drop-off. With my flight delayed, I appreciated that Alamo had a competing co staff member cover after their usual biz hours…
The car exterior was dirty and the windshield wipers were poor. The staff was nice and the pick-up/drop-off was easy and quick.

I had made my reservation ahead of time before my travel date through Kayak. I also called Avis's rental office to verify my reservation and all and they confirmed everything. On the day of my travel, I get there early in the morning to try to get on the road as soon as possible and the travel agent named Jim asked me for a corporate code in order for him to continue with my reservation. I asked, do you mean my reservation number, and he said, no, I need the discount code used for corporate members to get the rental price that you got. And I was like, what discount code are you talking about? I made the reservation through Kayak and in the reservation details, there was no corporate rate/discount shown. Well, for the love of me, I could not get him to understand I didn't have that discount code he was asking for and I needed a car because it had been 30plus minutes I had already wasted of my traveling time. He ended up, giving me a higher rental than what I had originally booked. I told him it was his word against Kayak's. I was beyond mad and felt so bad I am never going through Avis ever again.

They could not find my rental that i had scheduled. Even with confirmation number they could not locate my reservation
The people at this location were some of the most rude I have ever encountered. We arrived at 2:45 for our 2 pm reservation (flight delayed) and were told our SUV had been given away since we were late. The “only car” they had was a Kia small sedan, that smelled of smoke, was falling apart and very small. I cannot even relate how maddening this experience was.

We rented moving trucks to help friends move from N.M. to Oklahoma. We reserved a car to return home to N.M. from Oklahoma. When it came time to speak with the representative to retrieve the rental car he told us we needed Oklahoma drivers licenses and an Oklahoma address and a major credit card only from a Oklahoma bank in order to rent in Oklahoma and return ot in N.M. we ended up having to drive all three moving trucks back to N.M.

It took more than an hour to get my car at the OKC airport. Neither of the 2 employees could get their tablets to work. Enterprise allows customers to reserve cars online that pick-up at airport locations and return to city locations. Apparently this isn't supported internally at Enterprise and causes all kinds of issues. I had to go back to the airport the next day to try to get my rental straightened out since phone customer support was useless. I returned the car to the agreed upon city location in Houston but they were unable to give me a receipt because of the aforementioned issue with picking up and dropping off at other locations. I was told I would be contacted by the OKC airport location but I returned several days ago and am still waiting. I've had great experience with Enterprise in the past but they shouldn't allow customers to book rentals that they can't support internally. This entire experience has been a fiasco with lots of wasted hours and phone calls.
