We've never rented from Fox before. After Hurricane Ian, the shortage of cars in Florida led us to their operation. We belong to a preferred rental program with another provider, so we usually walk to our car without waiting. That said, I'd say the wait (even at midnight) wasn't all that long. The customer service representative was friendly and got us on our way quickly. The staff member at the cars in the garage was upbeat and ready to help with many tips and hints. The car was in good condition and well-cleaned; even though the tank read full, it wasn't. The tank indicator dropped almost immediately upon leaving the rental center. The most disappointing part was when we returned our car; we waited for the one employee working returns to attend to us. A couple of cars in front of us, the renters said, "We must have done something wrong, and we were just thoroughly told about it." It took 20+ minutes to get someone to check us out, which is unacceptable at an airport return. During our trip, we commented that maybe we'd use Fox again, but not after the wait at returns.
