The cars we were given were in terrible condition- We left the lot in one car that had parts falling off of the interior and rattling sounds in the dashboard. We came right back (customer service was friendly). They traded this car in for another - old beat up car that was in poor condition.

Everything went smoothly except that check in agent didn't explain about prepaid gas... I said I'd use far less than a half tank but it wasn't explained that they charge for either a half or a full tank and you can't get a credit back if you don't use it all. At drop off, the drop off agent did agree to refund part of my money.

They didn't have the car I reserved and I was charged more at the counter to get the same size car. If a car rental company doesn't have the reserved car, an upgrade should be provided for free. The agent at the desk told me he was unable to do this standard industry practice.

There was no one at the rental place or kiosk when our flight arrived an hour late at 12:30am. So my kids and I were stranded. I’ll never use you again and want a refund.
