I used the dealers choice option, as I'm not picky and not a car person. But I didn't know they made cars as low quality as the one that Enterprise Rent-A-Car gave us to drive from Ventura to LAX. It was a tin can toy car, it felt like driving an utv, not a car. There was no sound insulation and every gust of wind knocked the car/made staying in my lane harder and really annoying. I think it was a mitsubishi and the lowest model they must offer. I think a lancer, after looking at google. However, the employees were kind at both locations and quick. So not the worst and it did drive. But I had also used Dealer's Choice with Budget Car in LAX to Ventura, and they gave us a much nicer car, it was either a hyundai elentra hybrid or a toyota corolla hybrid (sorry i'm not a car person and don't remember exatcly, but it was a nice driving experience with good gas mileage and audio).

I reserved a truck to move a couch and was told they only had a sedan and it was my fault for not renting several days in advance.

The staff at the Clinton Mississippi location were so professional and very helpful and I am so thankful for such high level of professionalism and I felt secure and safe traveling through storms in Missouri and making it back safely to Mississippi and if I had the power I would recommend a raise to the team that helped me and I will tell all my lawyer friends to book with Enterprise at this very location
