During check in, the Budget system was double booking cars, and my pregnant wife and I were sent upstairs (a long trek) to the parking garage twice to find our car occupied by other people. Very frustrating. After this was sorted out 20 minutes later, a separate Budget/AVIS parking attendant was shockingly rude and angry toward us while we asked him “excuse me, can you tell us how to get out of the parking garage?” Also, the “upgrade” from our Camry equivalent was for a smaller cheaper car. The car also smelled bad. Overall it was a bad experience.

The gentleman at the counter when I arrived was very friendly and professional. He promptly provided me with great service.

Everything was organized perfectly. After some minutes of registration (it will take a bit longer for foreigners), the car was ready and prepared for departure.
