Pros:They tried to double charge us. Did not handle it at the rental center...tried to blame it on Kayak, rather than take ownership of their error. Ended up being a huge hassle, and is still not resolved. Extremely frustrating. Waste of money and time.
Cons:Customer service. They double charged me and did not simply resolve the obvious error, but instead gave me the run-around, sending me to other people and not resolving the issue, wasting not only my money, but hours of my time.
