We travelled right before Christmas and the staff was friendly and explained everything. Return was very easy.
Ease of pickup and drop off was great. However, car was dirty. Visible grime on may surfaces. Trash throughout vehicle including artificial nails. Car exterior condition was fair at best. Parts of exterior were so badly damaged they were secured with bolts. Many scuffs, dings and chips.
Every thing was so organized and was processed quickly.
Could not have asked for a better experience. Made our vacation super enjoyable as we move around to our daily destinations.
Staff was very patient with holiday crowds.
