Could not get the type of car I booked. Delayed for almost 2 hours before I could get on the road.
Honestly it was a pretty seamless experience, good price, extremely quick check-in and check-out with the vehicle, deposit was refunded quickly too.

They only take "certain" cards,no cash,...total mess. Gee tks. I really enjoyed walking all the way home in subzero temps, snow,ice. It was quite invigorating. Yeah.
Tried to rent a truck. As soon as my selection was confirmed they called me back and offered me a mini van. I had no use for a mini van, so she said if I were patient I could get a truck next week. She never cancelled my booking and I had to call enterprise to cancel. Enterprise said they would search their database and find me a truck and call me back within the hour. I never received a call.
