This company does everything possible to upsell you. This is why they take so long for you to pick up cars and why the line is always so long. I needed 4 vehicles. I ended up with the price I paid for Car #1. Car #2 with a colleague ended up with a smaller car that cost $100 more (just for the rental agreement, no extras; I had to physically go speak with the Budget person to take off the other items, and the rental price was still $100 more for a smaller car). Cars #3 and #4 were up-charged as well, but did at least receive a larger vehicle. Although Car #4 had a missing mirror camera, no back wiper, scratches all over the side, screen for camera didn't work intermittently. Remember that with Budget you never see a person that can do anything about it after you leave the rental counter. You are stuck with whatever junk is in the spot you are assigned. This was my first and last time using this company. I'll stick with my "usual" company that treats you much better (but they had no cars...ugh).

Waited in line over 30 minutes. They then tried to upsell us to a larger vehicle but failed to tell us that vehicle hadn’t been cleaned. After another 30 minutes we finally took our original reserved car. Very inefficiently run.

We had to wait in line over 45 minutes to pick up the car. I had asked for a small SUV. We didn’t get the car I had asked for. One of the tires needed air. The price I was originally quoted wasn’t what I paid for.
