When we picked up our car, we were told it’d be about $200 extra to add a second driver. We asked if it was possible to add a second driver partway through the trip if the need arose, and the employee said “sure, just give us a call!”. So fast forward a few days later, my husband gets COVID, can’t really drive the car, I call customer service and they say, “Oh, you can only add a driver in person” and I told them I didn’t think they wanted my husband to come in person with COVID, and they agreed and basically just said we were out of luck…

Mid-sized SUV was extremely small, and not mid-sized. We had to wait for a car to be cleaned and ready despite having a reservation. Staff was very friendly though.

Beware of hidden holds on your credit card, and long delay to get it back. Also customer service is horrible. They put you on hold several times and do not answer your question. Never again!
