Upon arrival both representatives were working with clients I was next in line another customer enter the building to return a car, she asked can she just drop off key the representatives told her to wait, and they can assist The other representatives finish his client and told me he's taking the return. I advised I was next in line it would've been polite to ask me if it was okay to help her. Just didn't like that .

I didn’t use their cars, the lady at customer service took my information including payment information then connected me to someone else who asked me when I needed the car for hire, I told him that I had already asked the lady that took my information, he said, they didn’t have a car and would place me on waiting list until Monday! Why take customer’s information and guide them to believe that they solved their problems of looking for a car, only to be told you’re on waiting list for another two days! It’s time wasted and frustrating!
