The car had some rattling noises and made some odd noises. It seemed like the car was cleaned, but not properly inspected.

We had to wait in line for over an hour to get the car. The car we rented was not available so we got a larger car, which we didn't really needed. The inside of the car was clean but the windows were still dirty.
