They gave me a free upgrade to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was very nice to drive, though a bit of a gas guzzler. The guy said the price I got was in error. I’m not sure what to think of that, but he honored it anyway.

Dollar customer service person way over charged me. He did not even look at my reservation from Orbits. He wrote a new contract and refused to give me the price on my reservation. It took hours of phonecalls on my vacation to get the price fixed. I will NEVER use them again
