We waited in line to pick up the rental car for over an hour at midnight on Friday. Service was extremely slow and it took over ten minutes per customer with only one Budget representative there to help.

I thought my reservation at budget was for a car but when I got there the only thing they had to offer me was a pick up truck at the price quoted. To get a car would have cost an additional $100. The classic bait and switch. Therefore, I just went to Thrifty and got a Camry for $150 less than what I would've paid for the pick up truck. The customer service at Thrifty Rent-A-Car was welcoming, efficient and all-around great! I'll never use budget again.
