DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. There is no toll package and you will be charged $15.00 for every toll you go through. There are many tolls around Rochester and there are no cash payment options. So, if you drive anywhere, you'll be looking at at least $30 dollars in administrative fees. I will NEVER rent through Dollar again, especially from this location. 0 stars, avoid at all costs.

90 minute wait in line on arrival. Tank was supposed to be full, but was nearly empty (at 1:45 am). Car was too large to comfortably park in small parking lots in town. Return agent was dismissive when I was trying to ensure I wouldn't be charged for returning the car not full, then tried to hurry me while I was gathering my belongings.
