I liked that they only put a $200 deposit hold. Btw, if you order your car at a certain time, be prompt about it or atleast call if you are not going to make it on time. Luckily, they had another car in their possession to lend me.

The rental office called 2 hours before to let me know they had no cars and no ETA for when any new cars would come in. Then 2 days later I get charged a $50 fee for no-show. Ridiculously awful experience. Stay away!

They didn’t have the car I reserved and I was forced into taking another car from an entirely different category that wasn’t what I booked. Total bait and switch / scam.

They didn’t want to give me the Standard SUV that I had rented, and gave me the Intermediate instead, although I showed them hıw my rental was mentioning “Jeep Patriot or similar” the storte manager Abi told me for that class I had to pay more. Eventually I had to agree to get a one level lower SUV which was Intermediate size, and it gave me problems because the trunk wasn’t good enough for my staff and I had a lot of problems. This is a complaint about the store manager Abi.
