I was about 2 hrs late and they charge me for another day and I called and told him that I couldn’t make it back by 9 AM that morning. I had to drive from West Palm Beach but they still charge me $128 for two or three hours. I think that’s just a little damn greedy.

Someone should have been available to give me the car when I got to the garage after completing the paperwork at the rental counter. Instead, I waited in a freezing cold garage for more than 30 minutes before getting someone on the phone who said I had to journey back to the rental counter.
