No mention in literature or website that it was a shuttle into town and not a rental at airport! Made for a very lengthy return
Even it is not an airport pickup/ drop off but it is only 15-20 mins by its shuttle to Jackson hole downtown. The car they gave to me was very new, clean and good condition. We had a great time.
Despite being listed as Jackson Airport, it is actually 20min away from the airport in downtown Jackson. Staff were also fairly pushy about upgrades and such.
Not based in airport as advertised. It’s off sight.
I requested a full size car (e.g. Ford Fusion or similar) from Thrifty. It was stated on the reservation. They provided a Hybrid intermediate (Prius). I showed them my reservation and they said that Kayak sent them Hybrid intermediate. Not happy about that. The car was fine, but having never driven a hybrid before it was a learning experience. They provided no instructions.
