It should specifically state that the pick up is off premises. To learn that at the airport and then be jammed into a crowded shuttle for 20+ minutes is terrible.

Hertz no longer has a counter at the Jackson Hole airport. Travelers have to take a shuttle into town in order to get a car. Because of this, I did not use Hertz but went with another company instead. There's no way I would consider Hertz in Jackson Hole in this circumstance.

Didn’t realize that the rental place is in Jackson not at the airport. But the shuttles were timely and it ended up being on the way to where I was staying so it worked out fine for me.
