Check out and check in was really smooth. We appreciated the wonderful service from Desiree and Suzanne. They were wonderful. We wanted a minivan due to conveniency for our family, but it was and extra $400 on top of what we had already paid, that we couldn’t part with. The minivan would have been a more comfortable vehicle for the kids and one senior.

Pros:Everything. This is the first time I have ever used Sixt, and I cannot imagine using a different car rental company ever again. They have an incredible model for customer success.

Worst company ever. No service. Rented us a car that needed to be serviced. Then refused to provide contact info for the branch I rented from. Was a huge mess on our vacation. Got hung up on many times from the company when I asked for a manager. Going to report them to commissioners.

Due to Covid we cancelled our trip. We were tried to cancel our car but between sixt and kayak you ripped us off of $500. I will never ever use your service to book anything. I am sharing this experience with many.
