The employees were so so nice and knew exactly who we were upon arrival. It was the most personal experience we’ve ever had at a car rental site. I wish all our experiences were that easy, and refreshing! Best people down there!!

The staff confirmed my appointment but did not notify me of their hours of operation. My flight got in late and I paid for a taxi to get there and they were closed.

The Enterprise situated at Executive airport where we had made original reservations, first had promised to shuttle us from FLL to pick up the car to then tell us that they don’t do that. Also to make matters worse, then told us the car we had rented wasn’t available, thirdly left us hanging on hold for over 30 minutes and never came back on the line. So we were stranded at FLL for a very long time. Thankfully Enterprise rent a car at FLL got us the exact car we needed.

Went to the FLL airport enterprise counter and was rudely told that my car was not at this location and they had no car's and I had until 6pm to get at the other location. I was then told to take a cab or Uber. I took a cab for $60 to the other location where I was told, while they closed the door in my face.........that they had no car's and they were closed and couldn't help me. Luckily the cab waited and took me to my hotel for another $50. I will NEVER again use enterprise . Poor customer service experience rate them a zero.
