I was never told I had to present the same card I used to reserve the car it was at home I had to drive back and get it and set me back an hour and a 1/2
The female agent behind the counter was friendly and courteous.
Pros:Pick up and drop off was very quick and efficient Car was exceptionally clean.
Cons:Really nothing.
Pros:Staff at pickup was awesome!
Cons:Charged us for an extra hour when the car keys were returned to the drop box by the designated time, that added roughly $70 to the bill. Emailed and called to have the problem fixed and stil no response. Also have been charged a total of three separate times for tolls when the first charged covered the total cost. Nobody knows why that is the case and we have received no help fixing that problem either. Paid extra for a mini cooper of Fiat and instead got a ford fiesta. Will never rent from this company again.
Drop off was very easy & the people at the counter were enjoyable to deal with.
