The staff was friendly, however my reserved car was not available and I had to wait 1 hour on a list to fill out paperwork for a substitute vehicle that I did not even request. I missed my sons wedding rehearsal because of this delay
A strange thing - upon checkout, we were warned that the car must come back in the same condition we rented it! No trash, cleaned. So another $45 and an hour at the car wash. But other than that, it was a great vehicle at a fantastic price! And I got my full deposit back, no problem.
We had the car that we booked. No hassle.
It’s a total scam of a company. We were explicitly told there will be no charges when picking up the car, and found a massive bill after returning car. A den of lies and thieves!
Cons:They charged me for picking the car up a few hours later then reserved. So I'm renting it for as long as I was going to and I'm getting an extra charge.
