Our initial car had a mechanical/electrical issue with the driver’s door. We were able to exchange cars at another facility. There was also a billing error which was corrected when we returned the car at the airport. They made it good in the end.
The Jeep is not a very good car, compared to others. Sorry, but it is poorly designed. That said, it is comfortable and it works.

The first car I received was infested with Ants. I didn't realize that until I was way down the road. I called and the allowed me to return it. No problem which was great. It did mess up up my schedule while I was there as I didn't account for returning a vehicle. The customer service was great.
Quite roomy Soul Kia. Liked that I could put down the back seats and carry a bunch of goodies to a wedding site.
