I booked a car for San Francisco and you all changed it to Oakland! I have never been to Oakland and don't know anyone in Oakland. You all do absolutely nothing yo rectify the problem. The agent told me that they have had complaints and this before. I had 7 people with me! It was a nightmare! You all should be ashamed of yourselves. You all still didn't give have a vehicle for me and my family! I was given the run around. "Call this number" , "call that number". No one wanted to take responsibility. Horrible Horrible company ethics!

Horrible The car was uncomfortable and then after having the car two weeks they charge me 350 American dollars for cleaning it up and then scratch that was there before charge me $800

car took almost 1 hour to recieve, when it arrived it was dirty still had the baby seats from the previous client
