We already had car insurance when we rented the car, when we picked up the car they said we needed a different insurance, making it twice as expensive. Then we ordered the toll program and was reassured that we wouldn’t need to pay any tolls with it. This wasn’t true and we ended up spending more money than we would have just paying for the tolls outright.

Nice car, just picking up the car was unnecessarily long in my mind. Seems like each customer takes about 5 mins to process, even after entering so much info online to make reservation. Only two desk staff to handle the volume of travelers.
