I didn’t use their cars, the lady at customer service took my information including payment information then connected me to someone else who asked me when I needed the car for hire, I told him that I had already asked the lady that took my information, he said, they didn’t have a car and would place me on waiting list until Monday! Why take customer’s information and guide them to believe that they solved their problems of looking for a car, only to be told you’re on waiting list for another two days! It’s time wasted and frustrating!
