Off site facility, sat in a hot box waiting for a shuttle that never came. From now on I WILL ALWAYS RENT DIRECTLY FROM AIRPORT AGENCY!
They did not have a car available even after having a reservation for weeks in advance. Had to rent from another company.

In the end, comparatively speaking, I guess it was still one of the best deals available, but it still cost me $56 more than I expected, because they wouldn’t allow me to rent the car without accepting their unneeded insurance coverage, and that I did not appreciate. I must compliment however the counter guy and the shuttle drivers for their excellent service. Ok to try unless you are afraid to go into a low rent commercial zone just outside the airport. Very frugal operation. The location reminds me of a car wash located behind a gas station.
