customer service at hertz airport location is unbelievable. Representative and managers are very rude and unprofessional. They don’t accommodate you unless they’re feeling like it. Would not recommend

The people working at the centre were very polite and understanding. However, despite having prebooked and prepaid, there were no cars there for me to rent and I spent over an hour in the queue waiting!

The first car I received was dead. I’m not sure if they are actually inspecting the vehicles. The second car was better but the customer service is lacking at this location. Entire booth smelled like cigs.

Understaffed. Unable to get my nursing discount because Hertz charges 5% penalty to speak with customer service agent. I won’t be renting from them again. Employees were friendly and doing the best they could.

Once I arrived home from picking up the rented vehicle, my wife and I started checking the car, cleaning, checking tire pressure. The back passenger tire had a screw in it and the tire pressure was low. My wife and I went to Discount Tire, had the tire repaired so our vacation should be with out tire issues. Had zero issues with the tires/vehicle while on vacation. Upon return, I mentioned the repair of the tire to fellow at enterprise and he helped me out with the rental price because of the tire. All in all, had a great experience.

The in person service was great, but the phone service trying to get the car was awful. Ended up having to spend an additional day in town because of it. The place I was the originally pick up the car was CLOSED. Always closed on Sundays! When I called I was sent to a second location, and they were out of cars! Said that all the places in the area (at 11am) were out of cars. Even though I had reserved one. Finally got a car the next day from a very nice woman at the original location I was supposed to pick up from. Car was fine, but very dirty and trashed on the inside. Wouldn’t book again.

Wasn’t able to rent the car because Kayak had mishandled the reservation. No answer when I tried to call them to straighten it out. We were stranded without a vehicle at the Avis Rental location. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had.

Arrived at counter and they had no record of my reservation. Staff rude and not helpful. There were no other cars available to rent! So my husband and I were stranded in Memphis and Oxford for 4 days with no choice but to Uber

Did not have the vehicle that the contract called for and was told a few hours before pickup that the car was waiting. It took 45 minutes for them to prepare the contract. There was a general feeling that they did not know what they were doing. I knew the manager and she was helpful.
