Kayak Estimated cost at ~$75, paid $121.93 for the rental. Associate at pickup was entirely inept at his job and should be blacklisted from any direct contact service job, wasted 15+ minutes inputting data into his system, ended up having to do it twice(cc,id). The associate then had to have another employee finish with their own client and then come help me get the rental ready. When returning Filled car completely with proper gasoline and dropped off at airport. Charged a separate $104.93 after the fact for unknown reasons. It could possibly have been from the extra time my rental associate had to input my info. I was told at the time, that the extra rental had been removed.
Line was exceedingly long and slow. They didn’t even have a car available so had to rent somewhere else. They still charged me a cancellation fee even though they didn’t have a car to rent to me! Rented from National instead for a fraction of the price, was checked out and driving down the road in under 10 minutes.
I had reserved a pickup truck and it wasn't available. But they did give me an suv. Then when I wanted to return the car they never emailed me any type of a receipt and I requested it. And the lady that did the check-in was very rude to me and I wasn't happy with her
The price
The car smelled awful - clearly used long term by a smoker. The key fob was smashed so hard that the "lock" button didn't work and I had to lock from the car door on my way out. I was the last customer before closing so I wasn't able to tell the counter. Service at both drop-off and pick-up locations was good.
