The pick up and drop off experience and Prescott could not be easier. The staff are super nice. Car was great.

Good customer service
Pros:The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was given an upgrade from a VW Jetta to a Subaru Forester.
Cons:The final charge was $18 higher than the estimate I was given. The main difference was a $15.99 charge called an "under 75 mile flat fee." The rate I was quoted was for unlimited mileage. I will be contesting the final bill.
