A bit pricey, but understandable for the busy summer season. Staff were courteous. Our flight was delayed by almost 10 hours and they held the vehicle for us no questions asked. Vehicle was ready for us, clean, full tank of gas, and good to go. Return was also great, we ran a tad late but weren't charged a late fee. Would rent again.
Checking in: There were only two workers, only one who was at the desk and the other was trying to find cars. Then they attempted to split the 25 people who were waiting at 11pm to get their cars but were running out of cars. They were doing the best with what they had. There were a lot of complaints from people in line though. We did get a larger car than expected, but because they were low I'm assuming, the vehicle was barely cleaned out and only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Which when I'm expected to return it full, is very annoying. The wipers barely cleaned the windshield, which thankfully I only needed once and did not have to drive in the rain otherwise it would have been dangerous.
I wasn’t use to just dropping the car off and go without having someone there to verify the condition of the car, that the keys are in the car and to print me a receipt. I believe if they are going to do things this way they should have an automated announcement or signage stating the change.
No drop off in Menomonie otherwise a great rental
Horrible experience. Not again!
