Booked a car. The wait to pick it up was around 2hrs. Ended up finding another option.
Had trouble picking up car rental the person that was helping was say they couldn't take my card . To pick up the car and said it keep denying me . I told him even though I already paid for it I can't pick up the car the guy that was helping didn't even know I already paid for it and was trying to charge me again for it.......
no staff for drop off or pickup. office desk staff not courteous
One worker waiting on person who had been rear ended while 5 waited in line after arrival...car was not there after finally getting waited on...waited for car to be brought to airport...outside booth closed for drop off...had to wait in line inside again to turn in key
