I will never use enterprise again. They rented out the vehicle I had reserved a couple of days before. They did not help me find another vehicle at their Harlingen location. I called and did that on my own and they did not have a 7 passenger vehicle. I had to use a different website called Turo to rent a vehicle. I left 6 hrs late on my family vacation thanks to the rude heavyset tall guy at Brownsville Enterprise. They let me down and I let all my friends and family know what they did to me.
