They didn’t have a car available for us despite having a noon reservation and couldn’t commit to having one for us at all that day. The staff lacked basic critical thinking and/or compassion for the position this put us in as international travellers. We ended up having to rent from Alamo instead and Hertz couldn’t even follow thru on sending me a cancellation notice. I am going to invoice them for the Lyft ride to Alamo and the difference in car rental prices due to having to do a same day rental. Total disaster- stay away.

Went way out to this distant location; first waited for the staff to show up who were late only to be told that they had no “van” for me; I specifically reserved a commercial sized van to move furniture..,. The rep said , “yeah, that happens quite a lot but we haven’t had those type of vans here in a long while”! No help, no alternative, no nothing.. just me out of luck! Not sure if I will ever use kayak or hertz for that matter ever again; utter incompetence and could care less attitudes!!

Good service. But renting from Enterprise always seems like a process. Great for "neighborhood" renting if you need a car for the day. I'd never use at an airport, National/Avis/Hertz for that.

Was late picking up my rental due to unforseen circumstances and the gentleman behind the counter stated that they did not have the car that was picked (Ford Mustang) but did give me a vehicle that was a bit of an upgrade (Honda CRV) for the same rental price ... was extremely happy with it ... will definitely keep doing business with them.
