Our plans changed and we needed to change our reservation to drop off the car at a different airport than planned. We could not get ahold of thrifty, and once we did, they wouldn’t let us change our drop off location. So we drove the car 6 hours out of our way and changed our flights to return the car to the same airport that we picked it up. I would not rent from thrifty! Find another company who will pick up the phone AND be reasonable.

Don’t like being charged fees beyond what I paid on kayak. I had to pay an extra $163 in bs fees directly to Thrifty to get my car. I’ll book directly with the rental car agency next time. Lesson learned.

The thrifty employees were so nice and helpful. The car was in great shape and the price was great. I’ll definitely book with them again.

The employees at the pick up desk were awful. Of all of the car rental companies at the airport theirs was the only one with a queue of any size. They were unapologetic and rude. I had the rental booked for 3pm and I was in line at 2:50pm. After waiting in line for over an hour I was told they didn’t have a car and I would have to wait. We I asked if there would be in compensation or even a voucher for food I was told that ‘I can wait for a car or not, we already have your money.’ We didn’t get to a car until 4:45.
