I was pleased with everything except that they marked off the on me the same minute windshield ding that was noted in the previous damages list when I picked up the car, presumably because I had added insurance, so they can file another claim. Possibly just an error, but judging from the previous reviews it seems suspicious.

I was very pleased with the unexpected SIGNIFICANT upgrade -- I originally had booked a convertible, expecting just a Mustang convertible, so you can only imagine how happy I was when I arrived at the counter and was upgraded to a relatively brand new BMW Z4 at the same rate! Even better, with the original reservation, I would have had to return the car the next day by 7:30PM to the Orlando Airport and be charged two days' rate (my pick up was at 5PM Saturday, needing to return by 7:30PM Sunday and otherwise see a MASSIVE rate hike from ~$150 to ~$600). However, because of the change in vehicles, I could return it on Monday by 5PM for the original rate of ~$150 at the hotel I was staying in, saving me a LOT of hassle. I imagine Sixt may have lost some money with my reservation, but a great experience from start to finish.for me!

Great service friendliness and good knowledge

Fox rental car: no signs saying europcar in the building at all. The wait was 45 mins then when I got to the agent she told me I was priority because I booked through europcar however there were no signs at all saying that. Car was fine

Scam. Arrived 'too late' to collect my car – despite having paid in full for the reservation in advance – so my car had been 'given away' and (shock!) the only available car was a luxury BMW, meaning I had to pay a further £250 or be stuck without a car. Shameful practice.

Absolutely faultless, staff for pick up & drop off were very professional and friendly, car was spotless and very comfortable.

Excessive overcharging. Additional charges for location pick up, spurious taxes and 3 times normal fuel charges. I would not use them again at Gatwick airport.

I'd 100% use avis again. Very easy pick up and drop off. Car was perfect. Price for the week hire was very reasonable.

I had to cancel and the company refused. I didn't use the vehicle and I still lost £62.00.
