Thrifty ran out of cars. They informed us who were waiting in line for 20+ min. They wanted to put me on a waiting list for hours. But I had a work meeting to attend so I had to catch an Uber. Now I need to call kayak and priceline to get a refund.
Didn’t like anything. The lady at the counter was rude, my reservation was for 11am but I didn’t get the car until 1:19pm. The restrooms were out of service so I couldn’t even use the bathroom and they gave me a minivan that didn’t even have Bluetooth.
No itemized full receipt. Car not on lot when pre-registered time. They were deceptive in adding on the insurance cost when I preselected no extra insurance.
I asked for just the basic insurance but was charged for an upgraded insurance. I was stressed trying to get home after my flight was canceled and didn't catch the error until I received my final receipt. I'll know to pay better attention in the future!
Cons:Rates. They charge for every little details. Tolls charges were sky high. Never again!
