I had to wait in line for over 2 hours,when get to the counter the attendant told me that I would had to wait between 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours before I could get a vehicle to rent that was ridiculous so I decided to get a Uber to my destination .

Couldn’t even get a car because the line had 100 people and the manager told us that once we were processed with our reservation, it would be an additional two hours before we received our car. So that would have been a four hour wait for a car with two young children. Walked right over to Hertz and got a car right away. Do not book with Thrifty at the ATL airport!

Drop off was hassle free. Should have more staff working to check out vehicles. Front counter had five cpu and only one person working for thrifty and dollar. Stood in line for 3.5 hours to get rental totally unacceptable.
