It would be nice if the prepaid gas could be paid back if you didn't use the amount you prepaid. Otherwise it was seamless and our agent was very helpful.

I reserved a full size truck. When I arrived at the counter all they had to offer me was a small truck or a minivan and told me they send all their trucks south for the winter. Then why was I allowed to reserve one?? I paid for insurance too on this rental but since thrifty false advertises I went next door to Avis. P.s. I paid for insurance on the thrifty rental through your site. I was charged for it even though I never rented that vehicle.

Arrived an hour earlier than scheduled time, vehicle was ready. Customer service agent was knowledgeable and got us on our way quickly.

Pros:Staff was fine, Pickup and drop-off were easy.

Cons:It was incredibly expensive at $300/day. We had no choice of vehicles and they gave us a large Toyota minivan when we would have preferred a small SUV. We dropped it off 5 hrs earler than we had planned to avoid another full days charge, which caused us to skip doing some of the things we wanted to do. It also necessitated a very long wait in the ticketing area of the airport before we could drop off our bags.
