Clean the car before renting it, stuff in cup holders from and back, soda can in trunk, food prints on front seat, foot marks on dash are several places, inside of driving window film so bad had a hard time seeing out of it. Very disappointed when my riders said there are half full cups back here. Front seat rider asked for a wet rag to wipe down the seat and dash area.
Check-in took a while, but everything else was great.
Everything was as promised.
Proper snow tires would have been better to have as we drove to Valdez and back. The tires were not adequate for Alaska winter driving.
Fast service at pickup and drop off!!!
