The car works, I really like the fact that the employees take pictures of all the dents and things on your car before giving it to you.
I received no email or notification that I needed to return my car. Almost every service will email you or text you or call you back you should return your car by tomorrow or by today. I realized I needed to return my car by 2pm but the hurts was only open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m..... a 3-hour window I missed. When I called the support, they told me they could change my return location to the airport Hertz which would be open, but it would cost me $260 which was almost half of how much I paid for the car rental. She then said she could extend the rental for two days so that I could return it since the same location from $36 which was better but I'm flying out before them. Luckily I have family in the area to take the car for me but even still, I have to take them to the San Diego airport so that they can get added as an authorized driver so that they can return it for me when I no longer am in state
