They canceled my reservation an hour prior to when I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle. The previous renter did not return on time. I was left to call other locations to see if any had a cargo van available. None did. Ended up at UHaul.

When I went to pick up the car, the agent said that the reservation was at another Enterprise location 10 minutes from the San Diego airport, even though I made the reservation to pick up at the airport. The agent said "it happens a lot". The agent was able to find a car at the airport but it cost me considerably more.

I called to let them know I was on my way. I get there and they said give us a couple of minutes. Five minutes later I go to see what’s going on and they said somebody took my truck to pick up someone else so I had to wait 30 minutes. I find it ridiculous

Didn't allow me to rent a car because it was a local rental, I have a local address and I wanted to use my debit card vice credit card. I made the reservation online, but was never informed of such a rule....

Both the interiors and exteriors of the vehicles that we had were dirty and damaged. Rental cars were not serviced regularly. We went through 3 vehicles; one of them died in a parking lot while we were eating lunch. Roadside Assistance was going to take more than 2 hours to reach us for a jump-start; more contractors are needed to help rental customers. We then had to drive out of our way to switch out of the 2nd car.

The Office closed at 4:00. We arrived at 4:15. What car rental office closes at 4:00? We had to have someone pick us up and the. rent the car the next day.

Things happen and I understand. Maybe it is how times have changed or maybe business is booming for budget and they can pick and choose their customers. Long story short, I go to pick up rental and office is not open. I'm on phone with customer service, navigated through comical phone system, disconnected twice, eventually connected with a human, transferred 5 times, put on hold, and I finally hung up. Office finally opened, I'm late for my plans, I canceled my order. In summary, Budget, you dropped the ball and good luck.

They did not have the car we reserved. It took nearly 2 hours to have all of our plans rearranged and get into a vehicle. There was only one employee and he did not have their power to fix the problem. It was extremely frustrating. He was respectful and kind and I tried to be as well, but it still was a very frustrating beginning to our vacation. We had to change from four cars to three cars for our group and were not reimbursed for the fourth car that we were not given. We also had to pay extra just to get out of there. We were told to take it up with corporate. Just a big hassle!

Did NOT realize the great price I got was because it was OFF-site from airport/ a $30 cab ride!!!! Got to hertz counter after long line at airport and shuttle and then found out it was all the way near the 8 fwy. The woman at hertz counter at airport was EXTREMELY rude!!! The woman at the hertz counter at Marvin brown dealership could NOT have been nicer!!!

The car works, I really like the fact that the employees take pictures of all the dents and things on your car before giving it to you.

I received no email or notification that I needed to return my car. Almost every service will email you or text you or call you back you should return your car by tomorrow or by today. I realized I needed to return my car by 2pm but the hurts was only open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m..... a 3-hour window I missed. When I called the support, they told me they could change my return location to the airport Hertz which would be open, but it would cost me $260 which was almost half of how much I paid for the car rental. She then said she could extend the rental for two days so that I could return it since the same location from $36 which was better but I'm flying out before them. Luckily I have family in the area to take the car for me but even still, I have to take them to the San Diego airport so that they can get added as an authorized driver so that they can return it for me when I no longer am in state
