My car was booked for 12 they called me earlier to see if I would accept a 2pm pick up and I agreed. When I got there they told me my car was being cleaned and gas and that it would take 15-25. After an hour I received a dirty car with half a can of soda in the center storage and 3/4ths of a tank of gas. The car worked fine… but I’m not using enterprise ever again. I got traffic going to LA and was late to an appointment.

They were totally unprepared and unprofessional. They kept me waiting for almost an hour and in the end provided me with the wrong car which was dirty, not filled up and technically needed to be serviced. The paperwork was also not filed correctly. I will never use Budget again if I can help it.

pickup was understaffed. Desk people had to live to get cars. Was promised a Nissan - as reflected on rental agreement, but got an aged Toyota Corolla: cigarette burn, stained seats, passenger side damage(which I did not see until I got to LongBeach) Drop-off in Long Beach was very poorly marked. Had to circle terminal twice to find location. Had to search for staff t0 find a way to transport luggage. Then got charged an extra day for late drop0ff!! Fortunately that was removed when I complained. I know it's "budget" but please get you act together!

Make sure to take a picture of the fuel and mileage at pick up. The sheet didn’t match and they charged me for a full tank when there was only half. And the mileage was 33769 on the paper but 33211 on the odometer. After calling and letting them know that. They took the fuel charge off immediately. As soon as I said I had a picture when I picked it up. Otherwise car got great gas mileage and drove excellent.

As I was picking up the car I was told there was no cars available in the dowwntown San Diego location. This reservation was made 4 months prior for $90. They waited until 5 minutes after my pick up time to tell me there was no car. I was told to go to the San Diego airport for an alternate car. initially I thought this was an inconvenience but not too big a deal, about a half hour delay. But they did not honor my price. I argued with customer service for a half hour through two agents and a supervisor. I was eventually promised if I paid the full price at the SD airport it would be resolved through the automatic billing when I dropped off the car at LAX and they would honor the original price. When I dropped off the car I was charged the full $265 and not the $90 I originally booked under. This was a 4 hour rental. I argued with the LAX personnel wasting anadditional 45 minutes. They eventually honored my original price but added on taxes that were not in my original billing. I ended up paying about $20 over my original reservation price and wasted well over an hour and a half arguing with Budget personell. How can this low life company take your reservation and not honor it? It was bad enough that I had to change pickup locations without any prior notification, but to gouge me on the price on top of that is inexcusable. Never trust these people. I will never use them again.

Great process and service. I had several changes to my reservations and they come and accommodated it all! I booked at the wrong pick up location. It was supposed to be at a San Diego airport but it was at another San Diego location and they easily changed it for me. And then I flew out of a different airport and they allowed me to easily switch my drop off location from Santa Ana airport to Burbank airport. Customer service was easy and the wait time on the phone with that long. Thank you for the great service!
