Wipers needed replacing. Very challenging to see when raining.
Shuttle to and from car rental and airport was quick and easy. Auto pick up and drop off very easy. Had a very nice selection of vehicles. Billing was accurate. Everything a rental company should be.
The car was 4,000 miles over due on an oil change. All tire pressure was low. The keys were underneath the seat at pick up as if someone just threw them in there. There was trash in the glove compartment leftover from the previous driver.
My main problem was the drop off. Had not even finish parking when the guys checking the car were already all over opening the doors, causing me of damage the car (it was their own sticker, no damage). Trying to pick of my things and they are rushing me. I had to call them out and ask to please step out to let me finish parking and getting my things. Very uncomfortable experience
