Pick up was terrible - waiting 30+ minutes in line to pick up a car I had reserved was really inconvenient. Drop off was sort of convenient but also confusing (no signs / employees around to say whether to simply leave keys in the car or wait to drive the car to a certain location). The complimentary shuttle to the terminals was overloaded with people (absolutely no social distancing) and only arrived after another 15 minutes of waiting. Other than that, car was in good shape, ran well. Price seemed reasonable.
Car was old, dirty and smelled bad
Pros:Over price. Not the price showing on the site
Pros:Quick and easy, friendly staff.
Cons:Vending machine broken, a little run-down. But I was in there for about 20 minutes so no big deal.
I made a Priceline deal through Kayak, but when I returned the car, they charged full price. Had to call Budget Customer Service to get it fixed.
