The price doubled when I did the pickup of the vehicle and this is clearly due an unclear and intentioned hidding cost policy of Kayak. I will never book nothing else using Kayak. You cheat, you lie, you’re not true.

Arrived and they didn't have the care we ordered only smaller, which was a big issue because we were travelling with 5 adult men plus ski gear. 6 people in the line behind me were there for the same car as me so they were all in trouble. He tried to make me pay 30 dollar per day extra for winter tires, I said no and at the end he said we will give you the winter tires complementairy because all our cars have winter tires, he just tried to rip me off and laughed with it. Wouldn't recommend at all!

Car, pick up and drop off personnel were good, but the girl at the counter not so much. Refused to make myself as the primary driver without extra charge (car was booked through my wife's credit card); did not treat us with the same courtesy as the Platinum customers of Hertz before us; told us that to resolve the matter we will need to get in touch with the third party company where we booked - we were not impressed at all. Probably will choose another rental company next time.
