The pick up was awful. There were 3 people working the counter and in 40 minutes they processed ONE person, COMBINED. I had to walk away from my prepaid rental and spent $150 on Uber. Never rent here, get rentals from anywhere else and you'll be better off.

I was not able to get a car and they charged my account they accidently charged two cards and told me I could not get a car. I am very upset and was left out in the cold at 11pm at the location with no help

Didn’t realize fox was another shuttle away at the airport… (beyond the team). shuttle was small and could add quite a bit of time to pick up/drop off experience if there are other travelers at the same time. Outside of that was a good experience.
