There were additional drop off fees that were not disclosed of over $200 when I booked. Then I arrived at the airport to find it.

The pick up was awful. There were 3 people working the counter and in 40 minutes they processed ONE person, COMBINED. I had to walk away from my prepaid rental and spent $150 on Uber. Never rent here, get rentals from anywhere else and you'll be better off.

We were informed the rate we got was a rate for foreigners, and not for Danish citizens. Our rental was cancelled and we were left without any car.

This car rental transaction turned out to be a complete rip off. I took a taxi to the location provided in the confirmation and Fox Car Rental was nowhere to be found. Local merchants said there used to be a car rental company there but they’re gone. I called their phone number repeatedly and no one answered. When it looked hopeless, I tried to cancel online but the site told me I couldn’t because the pickup time had passed. So I ended up walking down the street to Budget, paying 5x the cost, lost an hour+ of my trip but at least got on my way. And I still haven’t been able to get a refund of the money I paid for renting a car at a company that doesn’t exist.
