I ended up not renting it at all!! They tried to extort me for $1500 for “insurance “ because they said the insurance your site sold me wasn’t valid. I hope I don’t see any charges on my card because I never used their car I went with another company nearby. Total scam.
The pick up was horrible, my daughter got sick from waiting outside so long. We waited for an hour to get picked up from the airport. That is unacceptable. And the hidden fees are ridiculous. I'm unimpressed
Scam!!! Rental was suppose to be $77 dollars. They told me they would charge me an additional $75 to use my debit card. And place a $1000 hold on my card depending on my insurance deductible. I then asked if I could cancel. They said yes. And once I went through the steps to cancel they said I didn’t qualify for a refund. Now I have to dispute it with my bank.
This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Lots of hidden fees. Absolute disregard for the consumer! I spent 2 hours to get a car that I ordered a week in advance.
Was renting a car for 2 days and was told i couldn't rent the car because i didn't have insurance. The whole reason for my car rental was because i didn't have a car. Got the collision package in case anything happened but it was pointless if i couldn't get the car. Wasted money for no service.
